The Enhancement Foundation (TEF) and the Foundations of Love Ministries (FOLM) as a 501(C-3) IRS Approved Host for the 2026 Victorious Life-giver’s Legacy Kingdom Mindset Conference coincides with the Mother’s Day Weekend and Real Family time.

We give Honor to God and request your intercessory prayers and blessings for all the  mothers who have impacted my life, our spiritual mothers the beautiful  Diana Cherry, Mom Thompson of EIWM, Co-Pastor Elena Robertson of Mt. Gilead, FGIM, and our Mother of Wisdom Dr. Chief Apostle Joyce White Tasby, whom we truly love and respect for their upcoming Mothers Day with her family.

"I also honor my heavenly mother - the late beautiful Deaconess Georgia Lewis Campbell, my Mother in Love the late Elnora Robinson for raising an awesome son, my husband Bill, the late Apostle Betty Peebles. and my Spiritual friend the beautiful Apostle Sylvia Cunningham who is a mother to many spiritual children.  My true spiritual sisters for over 40-50 years plus in Christ and other younger spiritual sisters, our beautiful daughter  Chrystal Serena and all natural daughters, Chanelle, Shahera and Aniya: God-daughters and my spiritual daughters who I have become now a spiritual mom or spiritual big sister to and have just been there to receive the wisdom and are now taking the spiritual legacy baton: and running with it - you know who you are and how our relationship has evolved or stood the test of time - Happy Mother's Day from me to you"- Rev. Conference Logistics

The Conference is on Saturday, May 9, 2026, at the Delta Hotel located at 555 East Canal Street, Richmond, Virginia.  Check-In Time Begins: 7:50 PM - 8:30 AM Program Time: 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM.

A Conference Program Booklet will be provided.

This Pre-Mother’s Day fellowship aims to provide a platform for not only spiritual nourishment, praise, worship, prayer, and revelatory knowledge but more community involvement. This years program serves a second focus and that is to involve the community more in combating a major issue that is truly impacting our precious live-givers and glories our mothers and women  in general.

 

Community Alliance Forged to Combat Rising Child Poverty, Empowering Mothers and Women  is Necessary. 

Due to serious challenges that they are facing in massive numbers. This year's conference unfold's  a pressing backdrop to take action not only for this conference but to move forward in making sure that our life-givers are held in the most esteemed way and this is as believers as a "chosen people,a royal priesthood, a holy nation, God's special possession, " called to declare His praises"(1 Peter 2:9). This identifies even women have a unique relationship with God, having direct access to Him, and a mandate to reflect His character to the world, transitioning from darkness to His marvelous light and having a lifestyle that is characterized by holiness and obedience.

 

Recent 2024-2025 data reveals a growing crisis: child poverty in Virginia has risen to 12%, with over 30% of babies living in low-income households. Single mothers face disproportionately high barriers, as single-parent homes are 3 to 6 times more likely to experience poverty nationally.  These statistics underscore TEF's urgent goal to unite community groups, sponsors, and organizations in direct support of Virginia mothers. Economic hardship limits the ability of mothers-regardless of race- to achieve stability and build a positive legacy for their children.

Therefore" We are calling the community to join forces with us, "states Rev.Campbell. "Together, we can provide tangible hope, assistance, tools needed to help mothers, women, and veteran women beat the odds. Our aim is to see all women become successful and leave enduring legacies for future generations." Remember life givers is more than giving natural birth to children but giving life to new ways of thinking, introducing new innovations, causes initiatives and moving from just being average but striving towards excellence and outstanding in our lives and the lives of others.

A TransformativeExperience: Igniting Inner Strength & Purpose

Our program has been carefully curated to include a blend of panel discussions, impartations, networking, and song selections from featured gospel and praise guests, all aimed at fostering growth and further spiritual development beyond the four walls of our church. This conference focuses on mothers passing the legacy baton to the next generation, embracing their role in manifesting God's mandate. All individuals are welcome to attend and participate in this transformative and celebratory event for spiritual development.

Scriptural Obedience Theme: Proverbs 31:17, 25–27 She sets about her work vigorously; her arms are strong for her tasks… She is clothed with strength and dignity; she can laugh at the days to come. She watches over the affairs of her household and does not eat the bread of idleness.​ Other Key Spiritual Attributes: “The Samaritan Woman (John 4:42)” (Prov. 31:26, 27), “Deborah (Judges 4-5)”, (Prov. 31:20), “Esther (Book of Esther)” (Prov. 31:25, 1 Peter 1:13), (Prov. 31:16, 24).​

 

TEF Purposeful Plan: Therefore, the plan of the conference is to intentionally prepare and renew the minds and spirits of Life-givers through Kingdom teaching, prayer, worship, impartation, and practical application, equipping them to release distractions, overcome limiting beliefs, and walk in obedient alignment with God’s purpose. This gathering  and future gatherings is designed to empower women and their families to cultivate a victorious mindset, embrace their covenant identity, and actively build lasting Kingdom legacies that impact their homes, communities, and future generations. The audience includes Life-givers, families of believers, lay professionals, spiritual leaders, and ministers of the gospel.

 

TEF Vision:  (TEF) understands, we must help women to successfully build and replicate behaviors that instills principles to positively stimulate the minds of their children in the future. TEF's vision is to serve as a results driven educational legacy builder, empowerment solution, and catalyst for impactful change for all life-givers "women" to proactively reach their full innovative potential in the community, the nation and in the world for the next generation.

TEF Mission: The mission of the Enhancement Foundation, Inc.,is to enhance and empower the abilities of all women to effectively plan for their personal health, social, professional growth and development, by training and leading them toward a quality lifestyle, which contributes, to positive legacies for the future of all women and their up-and-coming generation of children.

In an effort to propel this mission, we send volunteer ambassadors out to raise social consciousness and awareness about (1) how our plans involve conducting monthly and yearly activities to include: specialized nutritional and health training, professional development training, workshops, conferences, and special annual theme events each year. (2) our program engages in resources, think tanks and innovation, training and solicit participation of all women so they may mitigate and avoid any crisis or risk they may encounter which may take them off their personal focus, plan and goals; (3) We investigate through various research data gathering mechanisms how we can further justify the needed help to support the need to end a specific epidemic. (4) As a result, we are able to establish unique public-private partnerships and interagency agreements to help us facilitate the necessary funding measures for the intended women in need.

 

TEF Program Goal:  The goal is to help attendees remain spiritually focused and mentally prepared during critical times despite distractions, pressures, and competing demands. The conference is designed to embrace the true call to advance the Kingdom through personal growth, spiritual maturity, and intentional action. Through prayer, worship, impartation, testimonies, and meaningful Kingdom connections, participants will be equipped with strategies to deepen their relationship with God. Attendees will be challenged to gird up their mental and spiritual loins, release past failures, limiting beliefs, and worldly anxieties, and move from biblical insight to practical application—resulting in spiritual transformation and purposeful legacy building.​

TEF Strategic Plan Goal: The ultimate goal of TEF/FOLM is to empower women to become architects of their own and their children's flourishing. This means equipping mothers with the spiritual, educational, and professional tools to build resilient, purpose-driven lives. By fostering personal development, strengthening family relationships, and providing critical awareness of societal impacts, we enable women to cultivate a secure foundation of love and wisdom from which their children can confidently grow.
We achieve this through a strategic program of education, experience, and evidence.We develop learning systems and host workshops on leadership, legislation, and life skills, while creating cultural and professional exposure. Concurrently, we build measurable community footprints—tracking progress, compiling data for funders, and forging key partnerships—to ensure sustainable support for women's advancement and family well-being.
TEF’s core strategy is transformation through shared wisdom, and active support. We integrate spiritual principles and host dynamic speakers to inspire purposeful living. We provide direct assistance—to veterans, formerly incarcerated women, and all families—through resources, networking, and case management. By cultivating each woman's inherent gifts and confidence, we help her navigate challenges, establish a powerful legacy, and ultimately guide her children toward becoming capable, compassionate, and independent adults.​

The Visionary of the Conference:  The conference is guided by a visionary who received God-focused revelation, teaching on the word of God, Kingdom principles, and Apostolic teachings from her apostle. It also incorporates coaching and evidence-based living received from her Bishop. The aim is to replicate ourselves supernaturally in the kingdom by capturing the true vision and receiving support for consecration and manifestation assignments with the unction of the Holy Spirit. She has demonstrative success in overseeing this 501(c-3) for over 17 years-www.enhancementfoundation.org and running a successful corporate business: www.ussmccorp.com for 35 years incorporated and  41 years as the foundation start date.

The visionary Rev. Campbell appreciates the love and support from her husband, Minister William G. Robinson, who serves as the Chief Steward over the Foundations of Love Ministries. She values her spiritual covering (Mt. Gilead FGIM) and plans not only for the conference but for other Kingdom assignments as well. Careful selection of inspiring speakers and participants will contribute to a powerful and thought-provoking conference experience. The visionary desires each participant to truly consecrate themselves and seek the holy spirit's guidance in preparation for this conference through faith, dedication, the Enhancement Foundation, and Foundation of Love Ministries, which aim to glorify the Lord alone.

Registration: Please note: The registration and payment deadline is Saturday, April 25, 2026.  Donations for Foundations of Love Ministries (FOLM) can be made at the event using the provided event envelopes, and donor names will be added to our website.
