Co-Pastor Annette Holmes is a retired United States Air Force Major, healthcare executive, and Kingdom servant-leader with more than three decades of experience in leadership, ministry, and community impact. After 25 years of honorable military service, she continues to serve with excellence in both the marketplace and the Kingdom—bringing discipline, compassion, and purpose-driven leadership to every assignment.

​

Following her military career, Co-Pastor Holmes has held senior executive roles within the healthcare industry, leading enterprise-wide regulatory, accreditation, and quality initiatives for major health organizations. She is the Founder and Principal Consultant of Optimal Performance Solutions, LLC, where she advises organizations on operational excellence, regulatory readiness, and sustainable performance improvement. Her professional journey reflects a commitment to integrity, stewardship, and transformational leadership.

​

Co-Pastor Holmes faithfully serves at Mt. Gilead Full Gospel International Ministries under the leadership of Bishop Daniel and Co-Pastor Elena Robertson. Alongside her husband, she oversees Operation Thunder, a domestic missions outreach ministry devoted to designing lives of generosity and purpose through local volunteering and philanthropic service. Through this outreach, they provide food, prayer, and practical support to individuals and families in need, demonstrating the love of Christ through compassionate action.

​

Together with her husband, Co-Pastor Holmes is also the co-founder of Relationship Builders, LLC, a faith-based consulting and coaching ministry focused on strengthening individuals, couples, and families. With expertise in life coaching, pre-marital and marital counseling, and relational development, they equip others to overcome communication challenges, break life-controlling barriers, and build God-centered relationships rooted in unity. Grounded in the belief that marriage was designed for Procreation, Companionship, and Ministry, they champion Kingdom partnership through their guiding principle: #doit2gether.

Passionate about generational impact, Co-Pastor Annette Holmes believes legacy is built when faith is activated through service, leadership, and love. Her life’s work reflects a deep commitment to empowering others to live victoriously while building a lasting legacy of purpose in their families, communities, and the Kingdom of God.

Barbara Hill Bio

Barbara Hill grew up attending Bible Way Church, located in Richmond, VA, where the pastor was the late Bishop Christal T. Hairston and the presiding Apostle was the late Apostle Smallwood E. Williams of Washington, DC.

​

Her first babysitter as an infant was her Bishop’s wife, the late Mother Mattie O’Neil Hairston, who later became her Spiritual mother. Mother Mattie always told Barbara, “The only sure thing is Jesus”.

​

Barbara joined the choir at 5 years old and grew up listening to gospel artists like John P. Kee, James Moore, and Darryl Coley, to name a few. Barbara went on to become a lead singer, singing songs like “For Every Mountain”, “Amazing”, “Order My Steps”, and others. She has served faithfully in choirs and praise teams over the years and currently serves in the music industry at Mt. Gilead Full Gospel International Ministries, located in Richmond, VA, under the Apostolic leadership of Bishop Daniel and Co-Pastor Elena Robertson.

​

Barbara serves on the choir as a strong soprano and is often called upon to share her skills of playing the tambourine, a rare ability in the current church culture. God has blessed Barbara’s voice to uplift, inspire, and warm the hearts of her audiences. She desires that God continue to use her gift to glorify Him, make Him proud, and win souls to His Son, Jesus Christ.

Brenda Hughley Bio

Brenda S. Hughley is a mother, Evangelist, Author, Conference Speaker, and Event Coordinator. She is the Founder and Visionary of the State 2 State Sisterhood prayer line, better known as "3S”.

​

It consists of women from various states and cities meeting via Zoom Monday through Friday, 4:30 a.m. - 5:30 a.m. EST, for a prayer titled "Awake, Arise, and Ascend."

​

Brenda is also a Life Coach who focuses on Personal Development and Confidence coaching, specializing in Mind Management.

​

Brenda published her first book in 2012, titled " Women with a Purpose: Built for the Storm." In 2014, she published her second book titled "Women with a Purpose: Unlock the God in You."

​

Brenda's goals are to serve God, promote the power of prayer, and encourage others. She lives by the motto, "God has something better for me" (Jeremiah 29:11)

​

Educational background consists of Southern Union Jr College, Auburn University, and Mercy College.

​

Presently, a Licensed Insurance Professional, authorized to transact business in Virginia and New York.

Dayna Taylor Bio

Sergeant Major (Retired) Dana L. Taylor is a highly decorated senior enlisted leader with more than 30 years of distinguished service across joint, combined, and multinational military commands.

 

Born and raised in Norfolk, Virginia, she was shaped by strong family values with God first, growing up with seven brothers and sisters in a single-parent household, which instilled resilience, discipline, and integrity from an early age. She enlisted in the United States Army on January 10, 1984, and rose from Private to Sergeant Major in just 16 years, attaining the highest rank in the enlisted corps. Trained as a Supply and Logistics Specialist, she built a career marked by excellence in sustainment, readiness, and Soldier development.

 

Sergeant Major Taylor served in senior Noncommissioned Officer leadership roles worldwide, supporting operations in Europe, Korea, and the United States, as well as contingency and combat operations in Bosnia (Operation Joint Endeavor), Kosovo, and every major U.S. conflict since 2001. She is widely respected for exemplifying the highest standards of Quartermaster Corps and Human Resource Management Corps leadership, and for her enduring influence on logistics excellence and people-centered leadership.

 

From 2005 to 2009, she served as Sergeant Major and Senior Enlisted Advisor to the Secretary Combined Joint Staff, United Nations Command, Combined Forces Command, and United States Forces Korea. In this role, she influenced and supported more than 1,000 joint service members and Department of Defense civilians, strengthened readiness and accountability, supported major theater-level exercises, advised multiple joint staff directorates, and supported visits by senior U.S. and foreign leaders. For her extraordinary service, she was awarded the Defense Superior Service Medal.

 

Later, she served at the United States Army Sergeants Major Academy as Operations Sergeant Major and senior advisor, helping shape future enlisted leaders from around the world. She is a graduate of the Sergeants Major Academy, Class 52, and holds an associate degree from Central Texas College, a bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from Park University (summa cum laude, GPA 3.9), and a master’s degree in Telology.

 

Since retirement, Sergeant Major Taylor has been recognized for her exemplary service and enduring legacy, including induction into the Distinguished Hall of Fame and recognition at Booker T. Washington High School, as well as being honored as a Distinguished Quartermaster Soldier in the Quartermaster Museum at Fort Lee, Virginia.

 

In retirement, she continues to serve as a mentor, community leader, and servant leader, grounded in faith, family, and uplifting others. Her legacy reflects enduring military excellence, professional integrity, and lifelong service.

DeVora Seymore Bio

Reverend DeVora Seymore was born in Richmond, VA, to Dorothy Johnson Chappelle and the late Calvin Johnson. She is a widow and was married for 29 years to the late Rev. Glenn Seymore. Two wonderful children were conceived from this marriage; they are Joshua and Faith Seymore. Rev. Seymore has attended church all her life, and she loves the Lord. She accepted the Lord during her teenage years and was baptized at Fifth Baptist Church, Richmond, VA, which is her mother’s family church. She graduated from John Marshall High School and later attended Virginia Union University, where she obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with a Minor in Banking. She went on to further her education and received her Master of Business Administration (MBA) Degree from Strayer University. Rev. Seymore currently works for the Federal Government as a Procurement Analyst with over 19 years of service supporting the warfighter and the United States of America.

​

Rev. Seymore had been a member of The Saint Paul’s Baptist Church, Richmond, VA, for over thirty years. This is where she received the call to the Intercessory Prayer Ministry and served as a leader for many years, teaching and training on intercessory prayer, planning and hosting prayer conferences, and other prayer events. She later received the call to preach the gospel of Jesus Christ, and was licensed and ordained by Rev. Dr. Lance D. Watson. Rev. Seymore recently joined the United Nations Church, Richmond, VA, under the leadership of Bishop Orrin and Dr. Medina Pullings.

​

Rev. Seymore established her own ministries under the names “Igniting the Fire” and “DeVora Seymore Ministries”, where she now accepts preaching and teaching engagements. Rev. Seymore believes in the power of prayer and encourages the Body of Christ to be “Battle Ready” in accordance with Ephesians 6:10-20.
